i have the tiniest of baby bumps.
tiniest in that you probably wouldn't notice it.
tiniest in that you would think that i just ate 2 big macs.
except in the evenings. when you see me around 9:00pm on a regular night in which i have eaten 3 meals that day (plus more) there is a good sized bump.
yes i realize that all you have-done-the-pregnancy-thing-before ladies are laughing at me because this bump is nothing yet!
but at the same time
this bump thing is a wierd thing.
i want to show my pregnancy. we are excited. we love it.
but here's the problem - when i show my pregnancy i want people to know i am pregnant not just chubby.
cue my husband.
last night after watching a movie
"wow you are really showing tonight"
(me roll my eyes)
"you're beautiful"
what else could a woman really want?
let's hope he still says the same thing when my bump resembles a watermelon instead of a big mac meal!
Congratulations!! SO excited for you guys! Enjoy every second - it goes by so fast - our little peanut is 5 weeks old already! Reading your post I remember that feeling exactly - just wanting your bump to grow and show it off...I hope you will be in awe of what God is creating within you all the way along with each new stage - as your belly grows and you start to feel the little movements. SO amazing. I am continually in awe every day when we look at our baby boy. Please post pics soon!
