but (insert sigh here) i am no longer a student. i no longer get snow days. and if the roads aren't closed i still have to drive myself to work.
so yesterday while i was working and you all were having grand snow day time (not all of you... i know). i was feeling sorry for myself
i have posted some pictures and you get a break from my wandering, nonsensical writing habits!
hubby & I infront of our tree & fireplace
oh, one more thing...i have some people i do need to mention. (aparently you can't get a break from my talking)
you see my house is fully decorated and didn't cost me much. once again i have realized i (well... we) are incredibly blessed and soo sooo soo thankful for the wonderful people that continue to shower us with blessing.
mom (who else) thanks for soo much stuff and all the things you "didn't use/didn't want" but were probably lying about. aunt diana - thanks for giving me your christmas tree! best. thing. ever. mother-in-law - thank you for including me as one of your "daughters" before i was even engaged to your son and as such i now am the proud honour of a beautiful willow-tree nativity scene. grandma renee - thank you for giving me an ornament every year at christmas and the other stuff you sent my way & grandma sjaarda - thank you for embroidering a beautiful cloth for christmas (and being married 1st has perks ... i got the pick of the lot).
we are very proud, very content, and very happy with our beautiful home and our cozy 1st christmas to come together!!
Kirsty! your home is BEAUTIFUL.
