you learn something new everyday

my anniversary is still about 6 months away.
however, at our Christmas this past Saturday (yes i am aware it was a little late) we were having quite the discussion about anniversary gifts.
Apparently there are rules.
and whilst most people wouldn't bother with following the rules - i think that it is something that should be looked into. and quite possibly.... followed!!

essentially you have to get to the big years to get anything good - but it makes sense - i mean who has money for anything besides paper anyway after a year!!

i still have 6ish months to decide but this just might be a grand idea! and i am not just being cheap - you can be very creative... paper can be anything from tickets to coupons to pictures!!

you just have to think a little.
and yes - i am aware that this will be a one-sided committment - if my husband read my blog (which he doesn't) he would be rolling his eyes at the entire concept... but i am an oddity and that's why he loves me!!
