there are a number of reason that today's post is going to be a short one.

1. i had a stroke workshop today that i arranged, booked, advertised, etc. etc. by myself and it is kind of a big deal (...to me) and i just returned from the legion

2. tonight at GEMS we are beginning the creative movement badge.

therefore, have a break from my ceaseless jabbering and enjoy the music!!
