anyone reading this who knows me well, or even not well, knows that the biggest event for me this year was..... the wedding!! yep - i got married.


and just in case marrying him didn't make it obvious - i love him.


here's one reason. he vacuums. better than me. last night was a cleaning frenzy - not that my house is dirty mind you - just needed to do some of those annoying little things that sometimes get pushed to the background (ie. toilets, showers, dusting etc.). hubby decided he should help. so he vacuumed. life doesn't get much better than that!


so here are a couple of other things i love about my husband.


1. he thinks i am funny
2. he thinks my mom's funny
3. he calls me whenever he finds something out about someone (he likes to beat me to hearing the newest "scoop". have you met my mom? he usually fails)
4. he dances and sings in front of the tv
5. he eats whatever i put in front of him and tells me it's good
6. he labels days (ice cream mondays, thirsty thursdays, and ..... well ..... saturdays - what he labels those is not important)
7. he parks my car in the garage when i forget
8. he always puts the "fridge stuff" away (big deal when your fridge is out in the garage when the one in your house is getting fixed)
9. he looks really cute in his barn clothes
10. he never uses the good towels


obviously there are more than 10 things. obviously there are more important things. but these are little things i have discovered that he does that give each day a little everyday joy.


But..... if this is getting a little to mushy gushy for you - i will advise you to stay tuned. more likely than not one of these days there'll be a "things i don't love about my hubby" post too!
